The package came with 10 spool lines and 2 caps along with 2 springs. All of the pieces were present, but they felt cheaply made and had a tendency to break quickly. The cord did not easily feed through the trimmer head and I had to manually guide it through in order to get it to work properly. After a few minutes of use, I noticed that the line was breaking off constantly and needed to be replaced or rewound often. My weeds were still growing around my flowerbeds despite me running over them multiple times with this weed eater. I might have chosen a different brand if I knew it would work so poorly.
