These Dream Blue Velvet Shrimp are absolutely gorgeous. The vibrant blue color is truly eye catching and I’ve noticed them adding a beautiful contrast to my aquarium. When I opened the package and put everything together, the shrimp were barely alive and almost dead from poor packaging. The hornwort plant also looked pale and lifeless, making me even more disappointed.
The instructions that came with it were also hard to follow, as there was no detailed guidance on how to set up an aqua garden or provide adequate care for the shrimp and plants. To make matters worse, there was no support whatsoever from Aquagarden for any questions I might have had about the product, so I struggled to figure out how it worked on my own.
Overall, I’m unhappy with Aquagarden’s Aqua Huna product. The shrimps were of low quality upon delivery, the hornwort plant was in bad shape and unwelcome instruction made things worse. It’s a complete waste of money - something I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy.
