When I received the product, it didn’t contain all the pieces that were shown in the pictures. So I contacted customer service and they only sent me the missing pieces after a two week delay.
The design of the air hammer was decent, but it did not feel sturdy like other high-end air hammers. Additionally, it had difficulty penetrating hard surfaces, leaving unsightly marks on them. The bits set also felt flimsy, with some of them easily bending and breaking while using them.
I also experienced a lot of vibration during usage which made it really uncomfortable to hold and grip. In addition, I quickly realized that the bits had to be replaced often because they dulled quickly.
