When I opened the box, I noticed that it was made from a thin plastic which makes me think it isn’t very durable. On closer inspection, I noticed several scratches and dents near the edges of the frames, and when I tried to remove them by scrubbing them off, nothing happened!
Also, the back of the frame felt a bit flimsy, and on several occasions, it felt like it would come apart under my finger pressure. Even more concerning, I noted that some of the corners were not properly cut and were sticking out slightly.
The biggest issue is that the glass covering that protects your photos was not secured properly - there were several places where it had slipped out almost completely! When I put in my pictures they weren’t snug against the frame either - they wobbled back and forth whenever I tried to move them around. Needless to say, this didn’t give me a lot of confidence in terms of displaying my precious memories.
