The biggest issue I have with the product is that it does not make a big difference in cooling. I would expect a product like this to be able to cool my living room significantly, but instead it only slightly cooled down the air - nowhere close to the advertised 70 degree oscillation.
The remote control also had issues; it was difficult to use and only accepted some of the commands I inputted. Additionally, there’s no one-touch button that can start/stop the fan automatically, so you need to constantly adjust the speed manually.
Also, while it has a humidifier setting, it was very hard to detect any difference in humidity level when using it. Furthermore, if you want to change fan settings or speed, you need someone else’s help since you can’t reach all of them from your seat.
