The taste was great. It had a subtle sweetness that didn’t overpower, and it had a very creamy consistency. The flavor was mild but still rich and flavorful. On top of that, the soy milk was non-GMO certified, organic and fortified with calcium so I knew I wasn’t missing out on any important nutrients that dairy milk provides.
Another plus is that it has added protein. One cup of this soy milk contains 7g of protein, which makes it a great beverage for gym-goers or anyone looking for an extra boost in their nutrition.
Overall, Eden Organic soy milk exceeded all my expectations.
