The box braids in the package look nothing like the picture on the website. Not only are there far fewer strands, but they are also shorter and looser than expected. The quality of the fibers is also not great; they feel cheap and break easily. After I installed them in my hair, I noticed that a lot of the braids had knots in them and were really hard to comb out.
