The construction was poor; it’s made out of cheap plastic that easily cracked when assembling. It took me over an hour to put together and I noticed the sides are not fitted correctly. The corners were also sticking out and overall, the sandbox doesn’t look pleasing.
Furthermore, the sand isn’t held well inside. There are gaps in between the slats which cause the sand to escape and make a mess. Additionally, the seats provided are too small for children; they don’t fit my 3-year-old son properly and he’s constantly shifting around trying to get comfortable which is quite annoying for him.
The Costzon plastic sandbox set didn’t live up to my expectations given its hefty price tag. I regret making this purchase and wouldn’t recommend anyone buying this product given its poor quality and lack of safety features.
