When I opened the package, I noticed that there was already some damage. The strings were broken in multiple places and the keys wouldn’t click or move properly when pressed. It seemed like the device had already been used before. After contacting customer service, they did offer a replacement but it took a while to receive it and I still received one with damaged parts.
I decided to power on the mini piano after replacing the damaged parts and I was surprised by how quiet its sound was compared to more expensive models. The sounds coming out of this small instrument really weren’t good quality at all. Additionally, there were limited pre-programmed tunes that sounded off-key when played on the mini piano.
