First, the pack and lock are not that sturdy; after using it for a few weeks, the lock started to feel cheap and flimsy. Also, the packaging wasn’t very secure; when I opened it up, I found the items were all over the place.
The inside is also disappointing. It’s quite small so there isn’t much space for packing food and it’s difficult to fit bigger items like a sandwich or a piece of fruit inside. Additionally, one side is reserved for water bottles which I don’t find practical since they take away valuable lunch space.
On top of that, it was very hard to open and close due to the small locking system on both sides. The instruction manual wasn’t particularly helpful either since it only briefly showed how to open and close the box.
