The decoys were easy to assemble and seem to be made with high quality materials. No tools were required, just a few pieces that fit together easily.

I particularly appreciate that there are two different models, one buck and one doe, so I can mix it up if I want.

Upon using the decoys, I noticed a few issues. The fins of the doe’s tail were extremely stiff and didn’t move unless I manually adjusted them each time. In addition, the buck’s head was too heavy and caused it to droop down, making him appear quite comical but not realistic.
As for its durability, it wasn’t what I expected either. After a couple of use, the paint started to chip off and the hair on both decoys was coming out in patches. This made them look even more fake than before!
In summary, I am very disappointed with Primos Hunting’s deer decoys after testing it out myself. They weren’t as realistic as they appeared to be in the advertisement photos due to their materials and designs being inferior.
