The promise of these pillows is that they are made to provide comfort and support. Unfortunately, when I placed them on my bed for the first time I was met with a hard and unsupportive surface. Instead of feeling as though my head was being pounded by the pillow, it felt more like it was being crushed. In addition to this, Pillowtex also advertises their product as having breathable fabric that prevents moisture buildup in the pillow which would lead to discomfort. However, during my experience with these pillows there has been no such thing - after an hour or two of sleeping my head is drenched with sweat which leads me to toss and turn in search of better sleep conditions.
All in all I’d strongly advise against purchasing this product if you’re looking for comfort and support from your pillow. The material feels too stiff and doesn’t seem to be made up of breathable fabric either which leads to uncomfortable sleeping conditions - it’s a double-edged sword really!
