I was looking for a sturdy, safe, and fun bike for my 1-year-old daughter and SEREED definitely exceeded all my expectations.
The build quality is really solid. Assembling the bike was also quite easy. The handlebar and seat heights can be adjusted to make sure that your child is comfortable while riding, and the wheels are designed to provide smooth and stable rides.
My daughter loves the bright colors of the bicycle and she really enjoys riding it around our house. The overall design is really attractive too; its stylish looks makes it stand out from other similar products on the market.

Right out of the box, I was pleased with the design and quality of construction. The frame is made from lightweight aluminum and features a low center of gravity for better balance. The adjustable seat height, handlebar height and foot rest ensured that my toddler’s legs could reach the pedals while still being comfortable. The only minor complaint I have is that it didn’t come with brakes or pedals as 1 year olds generally don’t know how to use them yet. It would’ve been nice if the bike comes with brakes for future safety considerations.

In terms of setup, there were no instructions and the pieces were not labelled. I had to figure out where each part went on my own. Additionally, the plastic pieces used in the construction were very flimsy. They felt like they could break quite easily.
As for the riding experience itself, it was a nightmare! The handlebars were too stiff to turn in any direction and felt like I was fighting against them every time I tried to make turns. Plus, when my son tried to pedal he accidentally pushed down on one of the pedals and snapped it off – not a good experience for a 1 year old!
Finally, in terms of safety features, there weren’t any reinforcing bars or brakes included with the product (not even optional additions). This really alarmed me since safety should be an utmost priority when purchasing bikes for younger children.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend XJD bikes due to its poor design features and lack of proper instructions/safety components.
