When I first opened the package, I noticed that some of the parts had already been scratched and dented, which was very surprising considering how expensive it is.
The construction of the scooter, although sturdy, felt cheap and not nearly worth its $500 price tag. I took the scooter outside to test it out, and while it was smooth at first, it didn’t take long for that to change - every time I hit a bump or curb, the engine would stutter or even halt altogether with no restarting capability.
The range of 25 miles advertised was also completely false; in reality, I only managed to get 8 miles before having to recharge again. On top of that, despite its 500w motor boasting a maximum speed of 25 MPH, it never even reached 20! Finally, despite being advertised as “portable”, when folded up for transport it’s still quite heavy and clunky - making it difficult to carry along if you’re walking anywhere. All in all - stay away from this product as there are probably better deals elsewhere.
