Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been far from good. I followed all the instructions carefully, however upon installation I noticed that one of the cooling settings did not work properly. When I contacted customer service they suggested that I check the thermostat settings which did not work either. The heating setting also didn’t perform as expected, taking an extremely long time to warm up the room temperature.
Overall, I’m quite unhappy with Aux 110v mini split since it does not provide me with what it promised: efficient cooling and heating capabilities at a low cost. In addition, customer service provided poor suggestions on how to resolve the problem instead of actually helping out. If you are looking for a air conditioning system, I would recommend you look elsewhere.
